July 23rd Update

Bill Andrew and Meridian Farms have confirmed that they will be the 2010 Season Sponsor and will send a cheque for $16,000 for September 1st.

Jim Palmer has become a Donor for $1000

Roberta MacDoanald has become a Patron for $250

We are selling $1000 in tickets a day. We have been at this level for 2 weeks except for one day when we sold $1200. This level of box office income covers our costs.

Anymore than this allows us to pay some bills including last years bills. We are working now to increase this level through the rest of the run.

Shows are running on target for audience numbers.

Lennie Gallant show is on Monday night. L.M.Montgomery Institute night is tonight.

Patrons and Donors still welcome.

PEI Conservatory starts Monday so I am less available during this two week period.

These all close in one month - please send interested people now.

Patrons continue to contribute: Elizabeth Sloat gave $250 and Lou MacEachern gave $500 last week. Feel free to suggest supporters who could join us and we will send them the materials and make the request.

We are making just over $5000 a week at the box office. We need to move that to $7000and stay there for the next 4 weeks to keep on target.
