Duncan C arranged a breakfast talk at Rotary this morning. There was enthusiasm and lots of people committing to buy tickets. (maybe as many as 20 people)
Duncan has a lead in a potential CA as treasurer. We will meet on Monday for coffee to talk about the theatre. CONFIDENTIAL: The person is Errol Andrews, of the Andrews Nursing Homes. He saw The Wind In The Willows last year with a party of four on July 18th.
The letter of request was submitted to Heather Irving at Rotary by her friend, Laurel Smyth.
We offered four tickets for the silent auction at the regional Rotary meeting in Antigonish next month.
Three tickets were purchased today for the opening night of Private Lives - don't know by whom.
Maxine has sent out a mass mailing suggesting that people purchase opening night tickets.
The Pearl has 90 bookings for mothers day - congrats Maxine!
I will send out personal suggestions to buy opening night tickets tomorrow.
We have contact information for 267 parties who purchased an average of $90 worth of tickets last year. We can contact them by phone or by email. Laurel and I are putting together a plan to do that.
Thats it for today.
